Great after sales service from Krystal Jacob. Car had some rattling noise. She fool owed up with service and arrange for a loaner car even when service department did not have one. The only - ve experience is that it took very long to get the check for my trade in. I would not give high scores to finance department as it was not communicated how long the process will take to get the check. More

The dealership did not meet my expectation of customer centered service. They returned my car with a quarter tank less than when I dropped it off for service and when I got in the car, it smelled like foo centered service. (Like someone ate inside it) They did try to help by filling the tank when I complained but it’s something that should not be happening in the first place. More
