My Cadillac Lyriq purchase was a great experience because they treat you like family instead of just another customer. Huston service shop was very professional, the shop was super busy yet they worked quickly to repair my vehicles AC. Plus they offered to take me home and pick me up after repair so I didn't need to wait t super busy yet they worked quickly to repair my vehicles AC. I transacted a sight unseen internet purchase through an AutoTrader ad. The vehicle was well represented with in the ad. Nicole first contacted me promptly and returned call again very promptly with a fin AutoTrader ad. The vehicle was well represented with in the ad. Nicole first contacted me promptly and returned call again very promptly with a final sales figure. Elizabeth in finance also emailed promptly the sales agreement to Docusign. Elizabeth gave me confidence in the payment wiring process. Nicole set up for a driver, Tom, to pick me up at home and drive me 2 1/2 hours to Huston to pick up the Vehicle. Nicole greeted me, had the vehicle detailed, set up the phone connection for me and took a farewell photo. All went smoothly and professionally. I appreciate that. The cars are the cars the only thing in our control is the communication and Huston staff gets 5 stars from me. More
