Service did an incorrect assessment of our vehicle when left for a service check. Stated items needed replacement and they did not need replacement. Second assessment shows service clearly was gouging the left for a service check. Stated items needed replacement and they did not need replacement. Second assessment shows service clearly was gouging the customer. Exhaust did not need replacement only an exhaust gasket failed. Service report showed that a water pump replacement was needed and water pump is not failed or needing replacement. They also stated that rear A arms were rotted and needed replacement. That was not the case. Factory paint is peeling as rust has begun on these parts. No failure or failing of parts. The reason for a 2 stars is the service desk people at professional and treated us very well. More
