I live near Woburn Toyota but always make a point to go out of my way to service my car at Ira Toyota. The service gets better every year and they always have great service specials. Rick Harper did an exc out of my way to service my car at Ira Toyota. The service gets better every year and they always have great service specials. Well, the people are great very nice, Kate was my sales person who sold me the car. She answered all my questions. Love my RAV, she helped me set up my phone to the car. I had appt at 11am to get an oil change and tire rotation. I was 15 minutes early.They completed work without any new issues being discovered.The visit took 3 hours.That is too long rotation. Great dealership they’ve come along way.
