Unfortunately this was the second time I had to go back to the dealership for the same issue, which was a clogged hose from the sunroof, which caused water to come into the front passenger side of my vehi to the dealership for the same issue, which was a clogged hose from the sunroof, which caused water to come into the front passenger side of my vehicle and caused my RAV4 to be quite stinky. With other maintenance coordinators I’ve had lack of communication in my past visits. Today however, I had amazing communications with the maintenance general manager Mr. Howard. He was easy to talk to and took care of all my concerns and questions. I was more than pleased with my service from him. More

This staff is all about attention to detail! Cary the ‘product specialist’ patiently answered a ton of questions, and thoughtfully adjusted the headrest, (‘experimentally’ reversed it based on m Cary the ‘product specialist’ patiently answered a ton of questions, and thoughtfully adjusted the headrest, (‘experimentally’ reversed it based on my comments) BEFORE I showed up for a second drive! Geoff, the numbers man, spoke the truth with humor and a graciousness! The paperwork gal was locally heartwarming & had me laughing about this 7 year commitment I was signing! It was the woman manager who greeted me initially & several times thereafter (apparently she has a masterful view of the lot & showroom) …. Note: I remember faces/experiences faster than names, …. & when I dropped by to pick up my registration, she escorted/introduced me to her obviously happy service staff! Attention to detail, confident, knowledgeable, earnest …..were the qualities that made this purchase a total delight! More
