Everyone one was polite and helpful. Never felt pressured. Madison, our salesperson, was fantastic! It was a 2+ hour drive for us to get there. I had a good experience. The only negatives (so far): They did not tell me until after papers were signed that there was only one key fob! I had to wait literally six months for a catalytic converter recall replacement. I was told I was "in line." Then I was told they were waiting on parts. When I insisted the Jeep be repaired ASAP they converter recall replacement. I was told I was "in line." Then I was told they were waiting on parts. When I insisted the Jeep be repaired ASAP they suddenly had the parts and another customer missed her appt. so I got that appt. in two days. It's shameful that a customer has to beg for months for a repair. Not one person except the girl who took my keys and gave them back ever spoke to me about anything. Horrible experience. More
