Brought my 23 C8 Corvette HTC (hard top convertible). Here for a problem with the top not lowering correctly it had a loose bolt. After I get it back it has another problem the top will not show secure w Here for a problem with the top not lowering correctly it had a loose bolt. After I get it back it has another problem the top will not show secure when down and limits speed to 58mph when the top is down. So back again and the tech who obviously needs more training screws my car up so bad that now the top will not lower at all and has basically turned it into a coupe. Wanted to know if he could take the entire interior out of the car so that he could manually lower the roof to try to fix this!! The additional idiotic problem he caused. I said absolutely not give me my car and will take it somewhere they actually have a REAL C8 Corvette tech. WORST SERVICE avoid like the plague!!! More

Insulted was the feeling I got. Their Salem dealership sold me my present truck I drive for $15,000 2 years ago. Was looking to trade for a smaller truck. Looked at a Nissan Frontier they had, told them to work up the numbers. They come back offering only $2000 for my truck. Sad part is my truck is in better condition than when I bought it. Needless to say “No Deal”! More

Bought a used 2020 F-150 back in September. My review disappeared so I'm replacing it. It was listed as both "clean interior" and "professionally detailed" in their online listing, but I was v My review disappeared so I'm replacing it. It was listed as both "clean interior" and "professionally detailed" in their online listing, but I was very dirty inside when I showed up to look at it. During the sale I was told that they write them up like that even if they haven't cleaned them "yet". They had it a month but said they would get it detailed for me. I had to bring it back (keep in mind that this place is an hour away from my home) to have them take it to the detailer. They got it Monday at opening and returned it to me on Friday. They told that it was going to be taken to an actual detailer but had a shop guy try to clean it again. They told me this guy was great at cleaning and did the best he could. What I received somehow looked worse than when i bought it. I picked up a can of upholstery cleaner and cleaned just the console pad and made a 5 gallon bucket of water look like someone put a shovel full of mud in it. These guys are a joke, 2 attempts to clean it and they give me this? I'm now being told "Your welcome to detail your own car but per my boss we are not investing any more money it to the truck thank you for your business sorry we could not meet your expectations have a great evening" what money did they invest? My expectation was only that they would do want they said... clean the car. Photos in my google review. I have also found out after the paperwork was all done and my first bill came in that the APR was not what was agreed to. More

We have had an AWFUL experience with John Jones Auto in Corydon! We bought a 2016 Tahoe at the end of December, we knew that some tahoes had transmission issues so it was the first thing we asked about. Corydon! We bought a 2016 Tahoe at the end of December, we knew that some tahoes had transmission issues so it was the first thing we asked about. They said they had recently fixed this transmission gave us a warranty on the transmission, the guy in the service department told us we would have no issues with it he explained to us what they did. We have now started having transmission issues we have drove it less then 5,000 miles since we got it and only had it 3 months. We took it there today, they told us we would need to replace the transmission, they would not stand by their warranty or the work they did. We were told we bought a used car and it’s our problem. I would recommend to not use the service department and DONT buy a used car from them. More
