Was sold a 2018 Jaguar and never mentioned that I had a 30-day warranty. The vehicle had bad brakes and a coolant issue, and when I realized that I had a 30-day warranty. I was told that the service department didn’t know anything about my vehicle. After they kept the vehicle for three days and never serviced anything. I got the vehicle back immediately after the warranty expired and the dealer is no longer responsible for fixing the vehicle. At this point, I accepted my loss and will spend extra money to have my vehicle serviced. I am trying to avoid anyone else from making the same mistakes.
