THE WOST! My car was bought with AC problems we addressed it to them they Mikey Mouse it for this past 2yrs. But not until now after the warranty it over they diagnosed the problem and want us to pay over $1000.00 to be fixed. That on top that I brought it for an oil change and they left the lids opened creating a complete drain on the engine. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED WITH THIS TYPE OF SERVICE! More

I am pleased with my purchase at Lakeland Volkswagen for my VW Jetta. This my second time buying a car from them and so far everything is going well. My first experience buying a vehicle from them was not my VW Jetta. This my second time buying a car from them and so far everything is going well. My first experience buying a vehicle from them was not great at all. As long as things continue along this same path this time around, I wouldn't hesitate to do business with this dealership. Service was quick and professional. The waiting room was clean. They offered a coffee station with plenty of sitting areas, even recliners, and a large TV. These things make it very enjoyable to wait for service to be completed. They did offer shutter service to the nearby areas but I live & work 1hr away so I decided to wait. They also have a monitor that shows the queue service line to see where your car is and how long the wait is. For food, they have 2 vending machines where you can purchase snacks. Very attentive personnel and will recommend to all. More
