Friendly enough personnel. Was a bit disappointed there was no haggling over prices. I mean, the car was decent price. Lowballed me on my trade in. Arnie went all out trying to help me get into a car but the car was as is and it frightens me! He then got the finance team to offer me a 4 year warranty with GAP but the monthly payments became too high l the car was as is and it frightens me! He then got the finance team to offer me a 4 year warranty with GAP but the monthly payments became too high like $607! Kudos to Arnie he tried real hard to help me and I appreciate that! More
