This dealer is the stereotypical example of an old school used car dealer that does not have any ethical boundaries. These guys will not hesitate at going to any extreme to put their hands in your pocket to used car dealer that does not have any ethical boundaries. I work with companies such as Leif Johnson Ford in Austin and I can immediately judge the culture of this organization. The employees at this company are not only unethical but they are also incompetent. This company sold me out of state a previously wrecked car with obvious defects. They intentionally did not disclose the problems with the vehicle sold to me. I lost thousands. It took weeks to get the documents mailed to me. They tried to increase the price by 10% after there was already an agreement on the price. They refused to pick me from Bergstrom airport. They would not hold the car for me over a weekend with a cash deposit. The used car manager (Scott Tell) was highly arrogant and shady. Do not go by fake reviews about this dealership. Don't walk but run from them please. More

I called Leif Johnson about a truck I had viewed on their website. I visited the dealership and found out the one I was interested in had been damaged in an accident. Charlie Tisdale worked with me and put i website. I visited the dealership and found out the one I was interested in had been damaged in an accident. Charlie Tisdale worked with me and put in a custom order for the truck. He kept me posted throughout the whole process. Once it arrived the team had all of the paperwork ready and was able to be in and out in about 45 minutes. There was an issue with the truck caused during assembly that I discovered after arriving home. This is when I was able to see how Charlie and the team takes care of their customer's. They went above and beyond to correct the issue and make sure I was informed and pleased with the process. Cullen Walsh was also extremely helpful in making sure once the problem was corrected (1 day) they delivered the truck to my home in Georgetown with everything resolved a fresh detail and a topped off tank of diesel. This was the best car buying experience I have experienced. I would recommend them to anyone. The next vehicle I purchase will be from Leif Johnson Ford. More

Everyone was super cool and helpful, Grayson and Gordon helped me get a really good deal on a 2024 Mustang GT, walked away with my dream car.
