I understand it’s a business but we need to be more humble when a customer says no. Sales guys was great but the gentleman in the finance area I guess he didn’t take well and kinda stormed out of there humble when a customer says no. Sewell Minto greeted us at Lia Hyundai and made it very easy for us to get answers to all our questions. I worked with service guru master Dane Morissette concerning a substantial oil leak. He scheduled a quick next day appointment. He asked the other service reps to cover the desk, drove me himself and dropped me off at work. More
