Karl was wonderful to work with he was very professional and did an awesome job and helping me! The practices of Park Place Motors is another story. The night I picked up my car I signed a piece of p and did an awesome job and helping me! The practices of Park Place Motors is another story. The night I picked up my car I signed a piece of paper that said I was buying the car “as is”. When I went to open the car and leave the key didn’t work, Karl said no big deal. Just use the other key and replace the battery, come to find out, you can’t replace the battery in this key fob. When I called Karl, he said I would need to buy a new one, after trying multiple things to make it work. He said because I bought the car “as is” they are not going to pay for a key fob. I would assume that when it says in your contract that you have two keys that they both work, but that is not how Park Place Motors feels. I do not believe that this is about the price of the key fob. This is a choice of ethics that the dealership is making policy. They knew that I left with a key fob that didn’t work and could not be fixed after I signed a contract that said.” As Is”.. I believe this is bad business and a very unethical way to complete the transaction. I am very disappointed in Park Place Motors and I will never return. Paul Enter 507-676-5665 More
