I purchased a new Blazer in December. It had damage to one wheel from coming off the carrier and I was assured it would be replaced. It took 5 months for this to happen. I called 7-8 time It had damage to one wheel from coming off the carrier and I was assured it would be replaced. It took 5 months for this to happen. I called 7-8 times, was told it was ordered, back ordered, they didn’t know what I was talking about, ordered again, didn’t know status of order, and finally that it was there. No one ever called me back. Not even when wheel arrived. The day of actual service was fine. Friendly and prompt service but should not have taken 5 months to happen. More
