I am extremely disappointed at this “luxury dealership”. I’m a client for over 15 years and I just trade in my old lease with them, at the sales point it was all flowers and then the nightmare dealership”. The same day the airbag light turned on, and I had to leave my brand new car at the dealer for another 4 days so they could fix it, then they took a payment that they were not supposed to from my account and I have been trying for a month to have my money back and they refused to refund me. The manager Locksley were VERY rude to me, cutting me off and not letting me explain, then he hang up on me. Now they are blaming on the miles t of tie old car when they accepted the deal as is. Unacceptable I feel robbed and disrespected! More

WORST experience ever buying a car! !! No haggle deal OK'd on the internet and minutes after arrival the sales manager, Locksley, sends the salesman, David Gardener, back to state he bel !! No haggle deal OK'd on the internet and minutes after arrival the sales manager, Locksley, sends the salesman, David Gardener, back to state he believes my SL 400 with 40,000 miles (that has been maintained since new at Naples MB) might have engine problems and he has to add $2,000 to the deal. Really, what engine problem could be fixed with only $2,000 on a Mercedes??? I laugh and say; "So much for no haggle, give me my keys and I'll be on my way." The sales manager makes David stall me for 16 minutes before he decides that my car most likely has no problem and they'll honor the internet deal. David says; "We are a for profit business." Reluctantly I complete the deal and leave with a $55,000 plus S550 convertible and 20-minutes into my drive home the dashboard leather pulls away and I call David. He says; "Yes, we repaired that and will have to order a new dash and will take care of it as soon as it arrives." Apparently it was patched and not fixed to Mercedes standards and they knew it! I spend the next three months never getting one return call from Locksley (left him 6 messages and four text messages) and all along being told (6 phone calls) and texted (12 texts) by David profusely promising that the dash was ordered through Warren in the parts department and when it comes in it will be replaced. Now 3 1/2 months later no return calls from David, Locksley or Warren. This Mercedes dealership from my perspective is run like a classic used car operation and NOT A Mercedes dealership. Do not buy a car here!!! More
