I had a major issue with Ourisman Mazda Rockville. Nana at Ourisman Mazda Rockville treated my family and myself very disrespectfully. After leaving a review about my experience on the right and wrong Ourisman page, the General Manager at Ourisman Chevrolet contacted me back apologizing for Ourisman Mazda and gave me his contact information. I reached out to him asking if he had any of the car I was looking for in stock. He immediately responded back, was kind, corrected the issues I had at Ourisman Mazda and connected me with Mr. Wellington who was also very kind and understanding. The finance guy here was much better. If you really don’t want any add on’s just tell Mr. Jones but remember he is a sales person so it is his job to get people to add products on. I am very impressed with the turnaround I had at Ourisman Chevrolet. The only good thing at Ourisman Mazda was Suki, the GM should hire him at Ourisman Chevrolet because he was really the only one at Ourisman Mazda who showed me respect from the beginning. Thank you Ourisman Chevrolet, I will be buying a Denali soon and would definitely come back here to purchase. More
