The worst experience ever. Brand new Hornet RT it went lemon and their service dept just refused to work on it. Kevin in service is so stupid he doesn’t even know he is stupid. A bit different than other dealerships I’ve bought from in that they kept switching salespeople on us throughout the process. Haven’t seen this before but whatever, buying a car is a pain but we had fun a in that they kept switching salespeople on us throughout the process. I would not recommend the Rairdon for any car purchase. "Culture of care" is a great corporate slogan, but a complete misnomer. Tried to buy a car for cash at their Subaru dealership in Auburn and the "Culture of care" is a great corporate slogan, but a complete misnomer. Tried to buy a car for cash at their Subaru dealership in Auburn and the sales manager is rude and obnoxious. We waited nearly 2 hours to sign documentation before we walked away, after being treated abysmally. I feel sorry for the salesperson who is being stiffed by a sales manager who has no concept of customer care. Clearly, he was only interested in selling brand new WRX's with all the upsell crap that increases his commission $$$. Cash is king? Not at Rairdon's Subaru of Auburn. Should have known better after a previous Rairdon's experience at their dealership in Kirkland. AVOID AVOID AVOID More
