The service advisors you have do not meet the standard meets Honda quality. They seem to be forced to work there . When you call in and you get transferred to service, it goes into someone voicemail. When you leave a message your lucky if the call you back . When you do have the opportunity to speak to someone they are curt . That’s a management issue not an employee issue . You need to put in a shopper service that can check on how the employee are treating the customers . I don’t mean have service manager call in . Have an independent company run the survey and I’m more than sure you will see within a week that your service managers need to find a new home . Hopes that’s helps . More
