It was a great experience. No appointment and I was able to get right in. They did a free inspection and found the air filter dirty (it was, they showed me) and also the serpen No appointment and I was able to get right in. As this is my daughters vehicle that she drives to and from college in bellingham, I was very thankful they found this and showed it to me. Very affordable and quick, George and his team were on it! Imagine spending 4 hours at the dealership and being happy about it!! It was my choice to wait there. I hoped I’d be in good hands and Eliza and Sage did not disappoint. The service techs did a thorough happy about it!! It was my choice to wait there. I hoped I’d be in good hands and Eliza and Sage did not disappoint. The service techs did a thorough inspection and found the issues and Sage worked with my 3rd party warranty company to get the right things covered and get me a rental car. I didn’t even have to ask! Something my previous dealership didn’t even try to do after multiple requests. Driving to seattle from skagit county for service was well worth it. Great experience all around. The dealer has not provided the charging cable or the middle row headrests that were supposed to accompany the car three weeks after we bought it. Those were in the contract.
