Amazing experience! Paul called me to let me know he received the truck when it arrived on the tow truck. Lynn was the service advisor for my repair. She went out of her way on multiple occasions to ensure that my vehicle and myself were treated with respect. Lynn and Melissa advocated on my behalf She went out of her way on multiple occasions to ensure that my vehicle and myself were treated with respect. Lynn and Melissa advocated on my behalf to expedite the ordering, repair, and payment of my vehicle. This was the best experience I ever had with a dealership. I have 2 Dodge dealership close to my house, but purposely drive out of my way to Secor CDJR. This is the only service department I will go to or recommend to others. You truly have the best staff!!!!! More
