Nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone to make an appointment or to check the status of your vehicle if it's in the shop. You get sent to voice mail... even the main dealership number isn't answered appointment or to check the status of your vehicle if it's in the shop. You get sent to voice mail... even the main dealership number isn't answered by a person and there is no option for an operator. If you leave a voice mail, they answer you via text. I had a warning light on and a letter from Kia from several years ago stating if that warning light came on, diagnosis would be covered under extended warranty. I mentioned the extended warranty and the service department was still going to charge me nearly $200 for diagnosis until I sent them a picture of the letter. Then, once they had my car in the shop, they proceeded to do work on it without calling me first to tell me what the problem was or if it was covered under the warranty. Luckily, it was covered. My car was scheduled for service at 8am. They didn't bring it in to be looked at until 10:30am. I had asked to have it ready by 3pm and it was not ready until 4pm. There was however Tim for the sales department to call me and try to sell me a new car while my car was in the shop. Not the first time I have had issues with this dealership. More
