In 2020, I prepaid for 5 years of service and similar to every other year the service team did whatever they could to pretend to "forget" and try to charge me. Usually after showing them receipts they end u every other year the service team did whatever they could to pretend to "forget" and try to charge me. Usually after showing them receipts they end up not charging me. What's different for this year is that while they didn't charge me, they also didn't perform the services - tires etc. Additionally, one day after having my car, the keyless remote wasn't working (not a battery issue) and I am getting a warning light that my tail light is out (it is not). It cost me several hours of my time and three taxi fees to get nothing accomplished. Scheduling an appointment is frustratingly cumbersome, and the misinformation about timing was misleading. Brought my car in to have the fuel tank and other things checked out. Work ended up being covered under warranty. Good service. Luis and Brian were helpful and respectful.
