The repair was made and vehicle ready for us to pick up four days prior to the first date we were given. Tim, Service Manager, was very polite and understanding each time I spoke with him. Tim made sure to document all of the necessary items that needed to be addressed for the 60,000 mile check up. He then checked the car's status and let me know he'd be checking in during the service.
