Not serious about customer service, offer no shuttles service no car wash service. Took my other car to Nissan dealer and they called an Uber to give me a ride paid by Nissan. The timing for doing a service hasn’t improved. Glendale Toyota takes way less time. Todd was offering me an oil change when my car doesn’t need it. I believe my car oils change it’s every 10,000, Glendale Toyota takes way less time. Todd was offering me an oil change when my car doesn’t need it.
