The sales department sales persons do not communicate with each other. I have received calls from multiple different sales persons regarding my lease ending. This really turned me off & I made a decision with each other. I have received calls from multiple different sales persons regarding my lease ending. This really turned me off & I made a decision to purchase the vehicle. Also, I was given incorrect information regarding the purchase of my vehicle. I was lead to believe I could purchase the vehicle @ the dealership. Obviously this was not the case when I arrived to purchase the vehicle m. Due to the fact that I wasn’t going to purchase a warranty or financa the vehicle. Prior to arriving @ the dealership, I called to get the proper wording on the check for purchase. Needless to say, I was unable to payoff the vehicle @ your dealership. The maintenance department @ the dealership is excellent. The lady @ the desk should be a manager. More

Subject: Unsatisfactory Service Experience with My 2021 GMC Acadia Dear EMPIRE BUICK GMC OF WHITE PLAINS, I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for over 10 years, but for the first time, I GMC Acadia Dear EMPIRE BUICK GMC OF WHITE PLAINS, I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for over 10 years, but for the first time, I am not satisfied with the service provided for my 2021 GMC Acadia. I recently visited the dealership to perform regular maintenance on my vehicle and address a major concern. Two days prior, my Acadia displayed a "Service Power Steering" message and lost steering wheel power. Additionally, after turning off the engine, the cooling fan continued running as if the car was overheating. I met with Advisor Alejandro, who was very professional and polite. After a GMC Service Technician checked the vehicle, I was informed that, since the code was not displaying at the moment, there was nothing they could do. I was advised to wait for the message to appear again and bring the car back to the dealership immediately. During my discussion with Alejandro, he mentioned that this issue is related to the vehicle's thermostat, which is known to affect the 2017 to 2023 Acadia models. He informed me that both GMC and the dealership are aware of this problem. It is unacceptable that the dealership is aware of this known issue but will not address it until the vehicle breaks down or the warranty expires. This not only puts me at risk of an unexpected breakdown but also requires me to take additional time off work to resolve the problem whenever it reoccurs. I urge you to take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that my vehicle is properly serviced. I expect a prompt resolution to this matter and look forward to hearing from you soon. I truly appreciate when the service department is very helpful with a potentially costly repair. They share the best options and prepare you either way.
