Company Press Release

DealerRater Introduces Enhanced Testimonial Tools

Dear Certified Dealer,

DealerRater today unveiled a number of enhancements to our Testimonial tools.  As a Certified Dealer, you've been able to showcase your DealerRater reviews to prospective customers on your Dealership web site and Facebook fan pages by means of our popular testimonial/review feed tools. Today, you will notice a refreshed look to the testimonial feed that includes a cleaner and more refined display.

We also are pleased to announce a number of exciting enhancements to the testimonial feed tools that will  provide your Dealership with expanded control and management when promoting your reviews to potential  customers.

Certified Dealers will be able to:

  • Choose the number of DealerRater reviews to display on the Dealership web site and Facebook fan page
  • Set a minimum score threshold for displayed DealerRater reviews
  • Customize the flow of the display with review select/deselect functionality

360Certified™ Dealers (in addition to the above capabilities) will be able to:

  • Boost your DealerRater testimonials with positive review content from a number of other third-party review sites including: Google+ Local, Yelp, Citysearch, Cars.com, Edmunds, InsiderPages and Yahoo! Local
  • Utilize a drop-down sorting feature on the Dealership's Facebook review tab that will allow fans to sort and view reviews by specific review site

Taking advantage of the new testimonial enhancements is easy. Simply visit the Dealer Panel and click the newest Panel icon entitled "Testimonials." From there, depending on your Certified Dealer level (Basic vs. 360Certified) you can quickly choose your ideal settings regarding the testimonial/review feeds to your Dealership's web site and Facebook fan page.

DealerRater's dedicated Client Service Advisors are available to answer any questions you have on the latest enhancements and walk you through the testimonial feed set-up process. Call 800-266-9455 x0 or email help@dealerrater.com with any questions.

Sincerely,

The DealerRater Team
