Came in for routine service and left with a new car I had been thinking about getting a new car for a few months, but didn't think I could swing it it. I looked at the 2015s in the showroom while my fa I had been thinking about getting a new car for a few months, but didn't think I could swing it it. I looked at the 2015s in the showroom while my favorite service guru, Cee was tending to my 2012 Passat. A very pleasant female sales person greeted me in the showroom, but to be honest, until she said hello, I felt invisible to the two other salesmen on the floor at the time. I found a spot to settle in and get some work done during the service process. After about an hour went by, Sal introduced himself as a fellow NYer and we chatted for a few minutes. Not only is he a genuinely nice guy, but Sal clearly knows how to interact with a potential customer. He's a straight shooter who wants to find the deal that's best for you. Long story short, I left with a 2015 Passat that day and that's because I wanted a new car and Sal picked up on that when others didn't seem to. Thanks Sal!! More

After visiting countles dealers and feeling I was being deceived, I sure can say Sheely VW Springfield is the best place to purchase your car. Plus is Volkswagen which makes it double awsome. More

Ben Ong is the greatest service advisor ever! Ben Ong is the only reason I bring my car here. I have been working with Ben with my 2002 VW Cabrio now for almost 10 years and his honesty and level Ben Ong is the only reason I bring my car here. I have been working with Ben with my 2002 VW Cabrio now for almost 10 years and his honesty and level of professionalism are very hard to find in the car business. I would be lost without him. Sheehy VW is very lucky to have him and I work as a waiter in a local restaurant and I recommend Ben and Sheehy VW to all my guests with VW's. Every visit is smooth and there is none of that feeling of dread when you have to get your car worked on when working with Ben. More

Great So Far After buying my 2012 GTI from Sheehy VW Springfield, I have had it in for three scheduled service visits and one unscheduled visit. In each case my s After buying my 2012 GTI from Sheehy VW Springfield, I have had it in for three scheduled service visits and one unscheduled visit. In each case my service manager, Cee, has been outstanding to work with, as have the technicians I have encountered. The car has so far been exceptionally reliable, but I have brought it in for it's periodic routine maintenance and once with a question I had regarding the info system (no problem, just needed some instruction). Cee and the crew have taken my car in promptly, serviced it professionally, and returned it washed and shining. I could not be more pleased with Sheehy VW Springfield at this point, and recommend them to anyone who is looking for excellent cars and/or outstanding service. More
