Awesome People, Service, Vehicles, and Sales Plan We decided to stop in to check out the Honda C-RV's since we've had our eye on them for awhile. Once we started looking around John Brunner approached us and made sure he answered all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable. Needless to say, their one-low-price, non-negotiation sales plan WAS THE BEST car buying experience my wife and I had ever had. I had done plenty of investigation prior to buying the C-RV here at Hackettstown Honda and I can say for a fact that there one-low-price sales plan has the best deal. John made the car buying purchase very smooth (it was a very busy day too); they are serious when they say that they are trying to make car buying a good experience for everyone. John was very knowledgeable about the car we were interested in; he answered tons of questions - sometimes I asked 3 times the same one, however he never got nervous or inpatient with us; John returned all calls with new questions in 5-10 minutes frame; we did not have to come back to the him to get "the numbers" ; he treated us as the only customers he had; we were not sure if we want to lease the car or to purchase it or to go with a different one - he just said to us to take our time and not to rush with our decision; he patiently answer all questions; he made sure we are aware of all available discounts and last minutes deals. Before we finalized our deal he cheeked again if no new programs came up. John explained all the numbers for us; there was nothing hidden from the begging to the end. Ask for John Brunner if you looking for Honda, this was our 1st positive experience at any dealer – and this was not our 1st purchase.
