Purchase of Lotus Evora I recently purchased a 2013 Lotus Evora from Park Avenue Lotus/Saab/BMW. I dealt with Rick Wehle, the salesperson, and Andy DeSalvo, the manager. My experience as far as the whole purchase was excellent. Both Rick and Andy were very professional and were a pleasure to deal with. I was currently leasing an Audi S5 and had six payments left on the car. Rick and Andy worked with me to purchase my Audi and get me into a brand new Lotus at a great price. I had a question after I purchased the car, so I emailed Rick and he got back to me right away with the answer. This is important to me because I feel keeping in touch after the purchase is great customer service. I will be servicing my car with Park Ave and would highly recommend their dealership. Finally, Rick and Andy made my wife comfortable with the deal. She didn't have to come out of her cage as she's been known to do at other dealerships. Last but not least, I got a free mug and a Lotus pin. More

I was previously a customer of Paul Miller BMW and there is no comparison between the two dealerships. Park Avenue BMW outshines every other dealership I have dealt with in the past. They will bend over backwards to keep customers happy. While I have seen turnover in management over the years the one constant is Michael Messinger. If you are tired of dealing with the same old act from other salesmen at other dealerships I say you give Michael Messinger at Park Avenue BMW a shot. You will not be disappointed. More

When I went into Park Ave dealership on 10/29/13 to talk about a pre owned vehicle, Tom Bonarrigo was very enthusiastic to show me a few vehicles. I fell in love with a black 328ix but it was a little over my budget..Lisa Solodar, THE Finance Director, was then bought in to negotiate a price that I could afford. She worked with me until we had an agreeable figure. Hence, I went back the next day and got it. When I went back, Tom explained the entire car to me but don't quiz me now because of course, I forgot almost everything he told me. He told me not to worry, I can come back anytime and he would explain THE GADGETS AGAIN. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who would mention they are in line to get a new car, even if its not a BMW...I love my car...thanks to Lisa AND Tom, I AM NOW DRIVING MY DREAM! More
