He was very helpful in email correspondence and introduced me to Roberto when I arrived. I drove two vehicles and knew what I wanted. During the test drive Roberto was patient and answered questions, he was not in the least bit pushy. Without any hesitation Roberto was able to get my truck from another dealership and that was a seamless transaction. When I made the purchase Keith was very straightforward and answered all our questions. I had a "we owe" item; bed liner, and when I came in to leave my truck off I learned that an old friend, Grant, now worked there and he greeted me with great sincerity and volunteered to bring me to work as the shuttle wasn't to be back for 30 minutes. I have owned over 30 cars in my nearly 40 years of driving, and these guys made the experience as good a one as I have ever had...THANKS!
