Walt took his job above and beyond, he drove over an hour to pick me up in the car that I wanted to buy. He talked to me like we knew each other forever, and he even showed me a picture of his cat Lucy (which you need to ask him about the story of Lucy). Not just that he helped me clean my old car out and watch me hurt when I had to leave it. He walked me through every step with compassion knowing that I wanted to make my old car last a lifetime (or at least till summer). The icing on the cake that made me know I went to the right person and the right dealership was he called me to personally see if I made it home okay and to see if I need anything. I will recommand Walt Bailey to all my Famliy and friends. Worst customer support I've ever had Took my town car in to get a warranty paint job because of rust. First rime there they lost my appointment. Set up a new appointment through Lincoln corporate. No loaner set up. They gave me the option to pay out of my pocket and I would be reimbursed. (Lincoln told me this The first rime I went there they tried to tell me that it was damaged previously and it was not fixed right. They weren't going to warranty it. We bought the car new and hadn't wrecked it. I think they were trying to get out of doing warranty work.) Finally they agreed to fix it but it's been a nightmare ever since. More
