Response from Owner: You asked us to replace the antenna on the roof with the one you had on your front seat. There was an existing antenna just like it on the roof. The technician tested it and it was working so he did not replace it. When you came and we went over the work order with you, you explained what that you wanted the radio antenna replaced (a different style) with the one you had in your RV. We did that immediately for you for no charge (we only charged you $20 to test, replace, and seal your antenna). Here is a copy of the email Ms. Loper sent to us just 4 days prior to posting this review. It was only after we were unable to schedule her an appointment before she wanted to leave for her trip that wrote this review. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Hello Eric, I would like to begin with my complements to Rachael and I believe Jamie at your service department. My motorhome went in for repairs on March 31, and as promised I picked it up on time on April 10. My major issue was the propane tank leak and so far it seems to be repaired. I have two problems however. 1) I asked that the antenna be replaced on the front of motorhome. I was charged 20 dollars for this which I did not agrue with BUT 20 dollars to unscrew one and screw on another? BUT here is the kicker. It was NOT done. The explanation is that they said it was the same one that was already present. They were looking at the wrong antenna. Also, they repaired the wrong cabinet. It was very clear on the work order but they fixed/tightened the wrong cabinet. After a 45 to an hour wait these two issues were resolved.I brought the motorhome home and proceeded to ready it for my trip. Big mistake. I should have checked while I was at your dealership because the backrest on the bed is still broken and NOT REPAIRED. The backboard is broken and ripped as before and I would like to know what they supposedly fixed!. It is an obvious tear in the backboard and could not have possibly have been missed. I am leaving for my extended trip out west in less than two weeks. I wish to have this repaired under my warranty as indicated on the work order. I realize how busy your service department is and appreciate the fact that I did not purchase my vehicle at your place of business, however, I do and will hopefully use your service in the future with my winterizing and de winterizing. I also do not want to report this to Winnebago warranty because I wish to give you an opportunity to fix this as promised and indicated on the work order. I look forward to hearing from you.
