Perfect dodge viper Wally was awesome. I purchased over the Internet and am very cautious and demanding since I can't do inspection first hand. Was great at sending v Wally was awesome. Horrible Sales Approach I worked with a guy named Sam over the phone, I asked could I leave a deposit on a vehicle so that we could finish closing the financing. Sam told me I worked with a guy named Sam over the phone, I asked could I leave a deposit on a vehicle so that we could finish closing the financing. Sam told me that he did not want to take a deposit and told me to get things finalized with my bank and I did. I transferred money from my 401k to the balance of my loan and left only what my car was worth and informed Sam of it. He told me that my truck was worth 37k and I owed 52k on it and he started being concerned when I emailed him with my bank included in the deal and my banker "State Farm Bank" and I were on the same page as to...all we needed was him to issue a buyers order/bill of sale and get this ball rolling. Sam called me back and rushed through the conversation and I made several attempts at contacting him and never a return call and I talked with another salesman on today and he informs me that they in fact took a deposit on a car that a deal was already completed on. All I have to say is this is the most unprofessional, misleading type of business any person could do.. Fact of the matter is I would have been repeat customer that would have traveled the 250 miles to purchase from them........Tip of they day this company is represented by the most misleading individuals ever....... STAY AWAY *****Take a look at BBB, I have others who would agree with me.*********** More

Great customer service and friendly engagement I went to the dealership Undecided about purchasing a Ferrari! I drove my Porsche there and was very happy with it. As I was looking over the Ferra I went to the dealership Undecided about purchasing a Ferrari! I drove my Porsche there and was very happy with it. As I was looking over the Ferrari, Mark was not pushy, he was friendly, he was engaged and listened to my needs, but most of all he was very honest!! Very refreshing to work with someone like this when you are buying ant type a vehicle, much less a Ferrari. I purchased right there on the spot! Examples of Mark's honesty; after the sale he stayed in contact with me, proactively, to follow up on "we owe" items rather than having to make me continually pester him for the items. He even called me one time to let me know he had the trickle charger for the car in his office and forgot to give it to me......I did not even know it came with one! These are just examples of his forthrightedness and his eagerness to not just make a sale but gather a loyal customer. Hats off mark. And thanks! More

great people Been looking for a car for about 1 year, had two choices to choose from the Mercedes SL55 or the BMW M6.
