Replacement Ram 2 years ago I came to Reno Dodge and bought my first "NEW" Ram truck. I was happy when I left but had many issues later. At the time I was given the w 2 years ago I came to Reno Dodge and bought my first "NEW" Ram truck. I was happy when I left but had many issues later. At the time I was given the wrong information on towing capacity and ended up buying a truck that would not do what I needed. I was far less than pleased with the whole experience. I recently went to Carson Dodge trying to find a truck that would preform like I needed one to. They did not have the specifics that I wanted in the truck but had the basic layout that I was looking for. I came to Reno Dodge with little hopes. I called and a salesman met me across the street to look at a Ram 3500. We got into it and it was setup just how I wanted it. I told him of my last experience and that I was nervous about doing business with them again. I gave him a payment, price and down payment that I was willing to pay to trade trucks. He sent my wife and I off to lunch with the new truck and when we came back he had a deal and a sales manager that was close to the price , also they had a vin number specific explanation of towing capacity of the truck in question. My wife then expressed her lack of enthusiasm with having to deal and haggle about prices, and the sales manager left us with a glass of water and came back with the exact payment we wanted, no down payment and the exact price we had in mind for a trade. They had us out of the dealership 4 hours quicker than last time. Also they let us take the new truck and the old truck to switch out our fifth wheel hitch. We came back the next day to drop off out trade in and left. I have been impressed by this experience. I freely admit that I am a very hard person to please. Reno Dodge is the only dealership that I have ever recommended in on of these reviews. Also it was the best deal I have ever made on a new truck. Thank you to the sales team. Hope we were not to hard on you all. More

After walking around the lot looking at all the trucks I took one out for a test drive. I was not rushed or pushed on the test drive and the salesman was pleasant during the drive and made me feel comfortable. The salesman never tried to just give me any answer to my questions if he didn't know he said he was't sure and got the answer. The finance was quick and easy without a long wait. overall it was a very good experience. I would recommend Reno Dodge and go back again. More

The web site gave me all the information I needed to do most of my negotiating over the phone and, though no guarantees could be made without seeing my trade vehicle, they WERE able to meet my expectations when I actually arrive at Reno Dodge and, since I was traveling from out of town, I was provided beautiful accommodations for the overnight stay!
