He was the reason I initially purchased the car at Tysinger. Ernie assisted in finances and worked diligently to get me the best deal within my budget. He took the extra time to ensure I chose the best financial institution. It was a snowy day, so I came back a few days later for the final cleaning of my new vehicle. The ENTIRE team greeted me with open arms and by the end I knew something about everyone there. They all took a vested interest in my well being and made me feel like a valued customer. Preception Is EVERYTHING!!! I must say Tysinger EXCEEDED my expectations. Because I have a background in the auto industry I too was skeptical about going to purchase a vehicle. I must say Tysinger EXCEEDED my expectations. Because I have a background in the auto industry I too was skeptical about going to purchase a vehicle. So I'm no stranger to the upfront or behind the scene shenanigans that can go on in dealerships. I went online to look at several sites, dealers, and private owner vehicles. I also tried to be proactive and go to my bank to have the loan process done. I continued to shop around and search for mid-size cars or maybe a SUV online until I saw a cute Pacifica on the Tysinger website. I called the dealership to see if the vehicle was still available and if so I wanted to test drive it. My original plan was to shop around the following week when I had a whole day to make a decision. Well it was a Thursday and when I was connected to Mr. James Barge he asked me to come on in just to see if I liked the vehicle and get a feel for it. Since I had a couple hours before having to be at work I agreed. After test driving the Pacifica I felt like a "soccer mom" (no offense to them) but I'm a single mom of a teenage girl. There was no use for all that space. So I was about to leave and just continue with my original plan. Mr. Barge insisted that he had something I may like. I decided to give him a chance to prove himself. AND THAT HE DID!!! He pulled up a blue Chrysler 300 limited with all the sass and class I needed to match my personality. I fell in love IMMEDIATELY. But I still had to take it for a spin to see how it drove. "OOOHHHH YEA this was it!" I sad out loud. I am now a new mother of the that beautiful baby and proud of it. Any question I had for Mike (my finance manager) or James (salesman) or Charlie (service advisor) they did not hesitate to answer or find me an answer. That's what set you guys apart!!!! Absolutely wonderful! I had recently bought a car at tysinger that I didn't seem to love as much as I thought I did when I had originally bought it. This past Friday, Febru I had recently bought a car at tysinger that I didn't seem to love as much as I thought I did when I had originally bought it. This past Friday, February 20th, I took that same vehicle in to have its normal scheduled oil change where Chris Reynolds, as ALWAYS, took care of me. Without an appointment I might add, he had my oil change done and out the door in just under an hour. I typically in the past when going to ford, have spent up to three hours with an appointment might I add, to get the same oil change done. Chris is and will always be my go to guy for service! He is patient with me and all my curious questions that I as about my car, and is generally just a down to earth service member who cares about his clients. Definitely recommend! On that same day, I made my way to the showroom (still) at Tysinger. Was planning on canceling warranties on the car that I had bought just 4 months ago at tysinger that I wasn't in love with. Kristy a finance member had listened to me about how unhappy I was with the vehicle and quickly excused herself and got Bobby Walters the manager involved. Bobby led me to the most wonderful salesman I could've ever have gotten. Might I add, do not let his age fool you! Logan is very knowledgeable about the product he sells, as well as listening to what the customer says and wants. Logan spent a total of 15 hours with me going over what types of cars fit what I was looking for, was in my price range, and what I ultimately would love. After a total of two days of looking at cars and working the numbers out, Logan Tysinger finally handed me the keys to my brand new 2015 Hyundai Elentra. With the assistance of Larry the general manager, Bobby another manager, and finance member Mike Roberts I left with the perfect car. Logan Tysinger spent the extra time, and went the extra miles to make this possible.
