In for an oil change, out with a new(er) SUV.. Last week I said goodbye to my 2002 Highlander which I bought new and have had serviced at Street-Toyota since that time. It all started with a call to Charlie,I told him what I was looking for and what my trade in was.Charlie told me he would see what he could find for me and he would call me back and within 40 minutes he got back to me and told me what he would give for my trade in and what the price of new 4 runner would be,I did not have to think about it cause it was such a great deal so in the span of about 1 hour over the phone I got the best deal I have ever gotten.Mr Vasquez was just the nicest and greatest salesman l have ever dealt with.l highly recommend Street Toyota in Amarillo Texas and Charlie Vasquez to anyone looking for a great Toyota deal. Above and beyond We traded in a 2000 Honda Accord on a 2011 Cadillac CTS. The purchase price of the Cadillac and trade in for the Accord were fair prices. Johnathon Rejino went above and beyond what I expected. The Carfax showed an outstanding recall on the Cadillac, and he took the car to the Cadillac dealer to have it done. When I expressed concern about the Cadillac coming with only an inflator kit instead of a compact spare, he had a compact spare kit purchased at Street Toyota's expense, a $610 cost. The overall experience was about as pleasant and satisfying as it could have been. More
