My car was in for an oil change and a sticker. I also knew I needed tires and wanted to make sure I received the same Dunlop tires that were on my car when I bought it brand new. Pat confirmed what tires I had and made sure they were in stock before I left the service area. I had done the research and knew what price was reasonable for the tires and was pleasantly surprised that they right line with my research. Thank you Pat for all your help! More
Service following used Ridgeline purchase. Honda North has taken good care of me and of my 2008 Ridgeline. They've made a couple of important adjustments and done all they promised as included Honda North has taken good care of me and of my 2008 Ridgeline. They've made a couple of important adjustments and done all they promised as included in the purchase deal. I particularly appreciated the suspension of the $50 charge for the insured repair on the steering pump line. I question whether the problem should have been found on inspection prior to the sale. I'm a good customer now! The busyness there is a testimony to the good service provided. There was some confusion about a box on the inspection report checked in error but it was cleared up promptly and prevented an unnecessary trip back to Danvers. Thank you. More
Fixed the problem and prevented a future recurrence Warning lights came on as I was coming home one night, and I brought it to the dealership the next day. The problem was traced to corroded connection Warning lights came on as I was coming home one night, and I brought it to the dealership the next day. The problem was traced to corroded connections on my hybrid's battery in the trunk. Rather than replace the harness, the service tech cleaned the connections and then repositioned them so that water in the trunk won't corrode them again in the future. This was a very helpful suggestion, saved me a lot in not having to replace the harness, and will hopefully prevent this from happening again. More

The salesman made me feel a little rushed and guilty about wanted to look at several used cars though. I wish the finance department had been a little more thorough going over the truth in lending documents. That document was breezed right over without any explanation of what the total price was that I would pay for the car. I wasn't extremely impressed by the detail job done on the car before delivery either but it's not a big deal. More

The dealership charged $331 of labor for changing the oil, 2 filters and changing the differential fluid, in addition to the charge of $155 for parts. Whereas, the exact same service at Direct Tire was quoted at $220. I can not see how Honda justifies these inflated charges, and I will not be going back to them for any service. More

I was very nervous since I have heard so many horror stories about dealerships and the stress involve with buying a car. Cheryl was the sales woman who helped me throughout the whole process and made my experience one I will always remember. She was genuinely excited to be a part of my first car purchase. Cheryl took the time to make me feel comfortable and confident with my decision on leasing a crv exl. More

There was a rumbling in the brakes and steering wheel when I applied the brakes on the highway. The pilot went in for at least 2 check ups for this reason and I was told nothing is wrong, yet no one drove in the car with me to see what I was feeling. Another time ( this would be the third time dropping off the car for this reason, AGAIN!) the service guy told me that I need to give it time because I am driving a truck and it has that kind of a ride having bigger tires and all. So off I go again, not feeling safe to drive with my children in it but I have to trust that honda knows what to look for because I don't. Well, I just dropped off my pilot because the check engine light came on, and the vtm light. This time I mentioned the same rumbling sensation in the brakes and this time someone got in the car with me and took a ride to see what I was talking about. The mechanic told me he thought it was warped rotors! Great! I've been driving three years with warped rotors because honda north didn't do their job right and now they want me to pay for the rotors when they should have found the issue three years ago when it first occurred. The service person, Mike also told me that my rocker arm engine switch was why the engine light came on and that it isn't covered under my power train warranty. So I said do not touch my car and I will pick it up and have my mechanic fix it. He said well, they already did an oil change. Ok, here's your 50 bucks cause you did work to my car when I said not to but whatever at this point. I am irate at this time now. Then 20 minutes later, Mike calls me back and how convenient that when I say I'm picking up my pilot, they miraculously find that the engine switch is covered by my extended warranty. Crooks is all I have to say! First it's not covered then 20 minutes later it is, all because I wasn't going to have my work done there. I will be writing to the owner of this honda north dealership because this is completely ridiculous and not good business. Better business bureau, yeah right! So end of story, they give me a slip that states all the work they want to do and it is for 2800 plus. My fabulous mechanic ( not at honda north) fixed everything they listed for 1400! That is exactly why Crooks is a great word for these people and I'm out all of that money when my rotors should have been fixed when I first drove the car off their lot! I am going to do everything in my power to make sure my friends and family and anyone I come in contact with to never ever go to honda north! I will prob never get my money back for something they should have repaired the first time I drove the car off the lot and had this issue but the satisfaction of people not going there for service or to buy a new car, makes it all worth it!!!!!!!!! And I keep getting call from some lady about my service experience and how they would like to discuss how I plan on getting the things they listed fixed on my pilot! I will never be back to this dealership!( I was asked to remove a comment so i did and therefore, what I want to say about how terrible this dealership is, I cannot say, so in heat case, anyone who reads this should know exactly what I would want to say!) I am beyond angry irate, you name it! Oh and one more thing, when I asked the service person why it took three to four times for someone to say it was warped rotors and how they couldn't figure this out three years ago when I bought the pilot, his remark was " I have no idea, I don't know what to tell you!" Really! That's all you have to say to a customer, didn't even look back at the records to see how my vehicle was dropped off for the same reasons. Robbers and crooks is what they are! More

The salesman we worked with was very knowledgeable and took the time to over the car, the difference in trim level, and to go over all of the features. We did let him know that we were looking but we could not make any purchases. He understood and never put any pressure on us to "sign on the line". When we left we decided that we would return to make the purchase. We ended up going back last week and worked with Dominic to finalize the sale. I have been to many dealerships and this was the first time we left one without feeling overwhelmed or pressured into making any purchase on day one. More
