I was so wrong! My salesman Josh Brown was the most helpful and patient with us and was able to let me drive home with my brand new Ford Focus at 9:30 P.M ! On top of all that, he worked a 14 hour shift and didn't complain once! He was so patient with me and so helpful and doing everything possible to ensure my happiness! Thank you so much! More

Very Happy Customer!! I recently purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion SEL from Larry Hill Ford. It had been twelve years since I had purchased my 2001 Ford Explorer and seven years I recently purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion SEL from Larry Hill Ford. It had been twelve years since I had purchased my 2001 Ford Explorer and seven years since I had a car payment; therefore I was a little nervous and apprehensive about purchasing another vehicle. However this was the smoothest and most comfortable car buying experience ever. Shane Gay and Lee Johnson were so helpful and made me feel comfortable from the moment I drove on to the lot. Shane was very helpful in showing me the vehicles I was interested in and answering any questions I had. I explained to him the payment I was looking for that would work best for my budget and he and Mr. Johnson were able to get me a great deal, rate, payment and extended warranty. I am extremely happy with my experience at Larry Hill Ford with Shane Gay and Lee Johnson. Larry Hill has a new lifetime customer. I had been looking for months for a good used car in my area, unsuccessfully. Somewhat discouraged, I decided to drive the extra miles to Cleveland. I had been looking for months for a good used car in my area, unsuccessfully. Somewhat discouraged, I decided to drive the extra miles to Cleveland. I chose Larry Hill based on the good reputation of the company, relayed to me by my employer. I wasn't disappointed. As soon as I pulled in the lot and parked, Elliott Harris greeted me. He listened to what I was looking for and began showing me cars I might be interested in. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very patient. VERY patient, steering me in a direction I would not have gone, resulting in me finding my perfect car, a used 2015 Ford Fusion. Through all the paperwork that followed, he answered my many questions to my satisfaction. I received more for my trade-in, plus a better interest rate than I expected. A big thanks to the "gentleman behind the glass wall" who perservered in getting me approved for a loan :). (Sorry, I didn't get your name.) I was then turned over to Mike Bartlett who explained my Warranty and other options to me in detail, answered more questions than I'm sure he had time for, but was very patient and courteous while doing so. He persisted in getting me an even lower interest rate so that I could afford the better Warranty option. If I had to condense all of this into one sentence, I would simply say....
