Kia Soul ! 2015 I came here with my fiancé to see if we could turn in our 2011 Kia Soul that we had purchased at Kia West. We mostly wanted to turn it in only to have our monthly payments lowered because we were paying so much for a older car, might as well pay for a brand new car. We find out by the sales man ,Jorge, that our trade in wouldn't even matter because our 2011 was only worth 14k and Kia West screwed me over by giving me an over loan of 30k. So I explained that it's not fair that I had to pay for something that I had no control over, it was my first time buying a car and I had no idea what was what on the contract since finance nor sales wanted to explain to me. Basically, Kia West gave me a terrible terrible deal on a used 2011 Kia Soul. so Jorge helped me and my fiancé to get super low interest on our new 2015 Kia Soul !. Our interest went from 19.1% to 5.9% which is amazing. Our monthly payments did not drop but we expected as much seeing as how we got the super upgraded Kia Soul. But for 40$ more it is worth it. Thank you Jorge for setting up this deal and working it out with us. It took a few hours but then again, we kept asking for new deals and such. Great service none the less. Do not ever get your car at Kia West, they are terrible. More

Honestly ? Took my true car certificate in to purchase a new Kia. Found out it was my starting price not the car price. Be prepared to haggle a no haggle price. Showed them my email on my phone of the certificate they were to honor. When my phone came back the email had disappeared. They didn't know how, I guess it was Kia magic. If you go be prepared for games. Afterwards you will need to take a shower. I honestly would like to know how they learned their ethical values. More

Trying to find a good deal. I checked the Kia East internet site to see what prices they had on their new Rio's. There were no prices listed. I found this quite odd. All the other dealers I checked (Ford, Chevy, Hyundai, City Kia, Deland Kia ) had prices listed on their website. I got a True Car certificate from Kia East that started at $14,700 with special dealer add-ons. These included (Special exterior and interior application, nitrogen filled tires, bug guard, special detailed pin stripes and other extras). I then stopped by Kia East to looked at what they had on the lot. After looking at several different Rio's and seeing the prices on the sticker I understood how they can offer "Up to $7000 for your trade" Melinda did a price work up for the True Car certificate. After all the other dealer fees, title, tag, taxes the OTD price came to $17,800. I asked Melinda to take off those unnecessary items (nitrogen, special applications etc) which amounted to about $2000. But she refused. I said, "thanks and have a good day". The next day I went to City Kia and ended up with a new 2015 Kia Rio without all the unnecessary add-ons for $2700 less than Kia East offer. More

They help you through the sales experience and what surprised me is after they keep contact and keep asking if you need assistance. Would and would continue to recommend them to anyone I know.
