My 1st Experience was great at reliable service department I bought my 3rd corvette thru Wes Milby at Reliable Chevrolet, that has always been great. I must say they are some of the most professional service manager "Debbie Pevie" whom had a very nice car waiting for me as well as having the Corvette Technician meet and greet me. Ms. Brittny, I let her know all my concerns and the issue with my corvette and radio control. She assure me it was no problem and she would access each issue and repair as need, and let me know when she was finished my new corvette would be return repaired properly, cleaned and returned to me as if it was her own. Surprise it had repaired better then when I bought it. The attention to detail she performed on my car was of the highest level of expertise. Thank you again, Debbie and Brittney you both are a great asset to Reliable Chevrolet and true professional's at you in chosen careers . More

Great at first but terrible CS after signing my name Customer Service should not end after you sign your name.... unfortunately, that's exactly what happened in my case at Reliable Chevrolet in Springfie Customer Service should not end after you sign your name.... unfortunately, that's exactly what happened in my case at Reliable Chevrolet in Springfield, MO. I bought 2 vehicles from them at the same time and traded in 2 vehicles on April 19, 2015. When I first walked on to the lot I told them my budget and they offered to replace both my old vehicles with new(er) vehicles and to stay within my budget. They did just that! I got a great deal (although they didn't absorb the sales tax like I had asked). I was pretty happy with the deal nonetheless. During the financing part, the guy offered me a warranty on both vehicle and said that all vehicles sold have a complimentary 3 month/3,000 mile warranty. I turned down the offer to purchase an extended warranty because I had planned on shopping for a better used car warranty and I had 3 months to find a better deal outside the dealer. The finance guy said "that's fine... just remember, after those 3 months/3,000 miles, you're on your own" I said "ok." Jump forward 1 month of ownership, one of the vehicles started to overheat and, come to find out, was leaking coolant. Took it in to get service on it and they said it would cost me $500 for repairs. I told them I was within the 3 month/3,000 mile guarantee period, and they replied that the temporary guarantee didn't apply in this particular case. I was pretty angry to say the least, they said repair itself is labor intensive but the part was only $70. My car purchasing experience just went from good to miserable. My salesman (Jack Spencer) was good, but I wouldn't recommend buying a used vehicle from Reliable Chevrolet in Springfield, MO as they don't help after the purchase if something goes immediately wrong after purchase. If they really wanted to live up to their name, I would have heard the words "Mr ____ We're very sorry about that, sir. We want to retain your business with us, so we'll get that fixed for you and get you back on the road as soon as possible." Unfortunately, they were NOT able to muster up those words, leaving me here, taking the time to type up this review. I will update this review if anything changes. UPDATE I ended up doing the repair myself. Took me just over one hour to complete (with very little car repair experience) and the part was only $50. It's sad they couldn't have taken care of this repair for me and kept the purchase experience positive for me. More

Much longer wait than told I went in for a 15,000 mile oil change and other service they suggested. I was told it would be 2 hours. It turned out to be over 3 hours. Service Department is Terrible I went for an oil change, tire rotation and recall repair and waited over three hours. couldn't get it together. I had a terrible experience at this dealerships service center. I called José, whom I've dealt with before, to set up my 60K mile service. He's a very nice guy and had always been very helpful in the past. When I spoke to him he had told me that the service was a package deal for $525.00. It included an oil change, tire rotation, air conditioning line cleaning and new cabin filter, transmission fluid change, and a clean up of the car. I let him know that I just had the oil changed and didn't need that service. He said they would just knock a little bit off of the overall price, since it wouldn't be performed. When I dropped it off early the next morning, I was told it would be ready by 1pm. At 11:45 I received a call from José asking me if I wanted an additional service, which I declined. He then told me that my car should be done by 1pm and that he would call me when it was finished. At 2pm I began calling the dealership, but I just kept getting José's voice mail. Finally at 3:30 I spoke to someone who told me that he had stepped out and that my car was almost done. At about 4:25 I arrived at the dealership to get my car. José was there and I went in to pay. I noticed that the bill was still $525.00 and it showed that an oil change had been completed. I asked him about it and he explained to me that the service is normally $545.00 so they had taken $20 off for the oil change, but that since it was a package deal, the paperwork still showed that it had been completed. There was no way around it. Although I had thought that he had originally said the service was $525, I chalked it up to a misunderstanding on my part. Then he escorted me to my car and apologized that they didn't have time to clean it up, but stated that I could bring it back another day and he would get it in to be cleaned. I left. While driving home, I noticed a new sticker in the windshield with new mileage as to when my next oil change should be as well as my next tire rotation. I thought that was strange, since it wasn't supposed to have been completed. But I checked my oil life indicator and it showed 70%. I called José. He assured me that it hadn't been completed, I again questioned the fact that it appeared I was charged for it and he said that the next time I needed an oil change, to bring it there and he would make it right. The next morning I noticed that the tires hadn't been rotated either. The 2 new tires that I had purchased several months ago were still on the front of the car. Again, I let it slide. Then that afternoon, we packed the car and headed out for our 5 hour trip north. We got to Springfield and had a couple of stops to make. Sitting at a stop, I gave the car gas and it wouldn't go, then suddenly it slipped in to gear and jerked us with it. It did that 3 more times in a 20 minute period. My partner called Reliable and asked for a service manager. She was connected to Rick. She told him the issues and he was extremely accommodating and said if we would bring the car by, they would give us a loaner car to drive and they would check it out. We took the car back and José helped us get the loaner car. He also stated that while he had the car there again he would get it cleaned up. We left. Monday I called and they were looking at it. At 4pm I went to drop off the rental and see what they found with my car. José wasn't there. Another man helped me (I didn't catch his name) he stated that my car was done. I asked what they had found and he said that they couldnt reproduce the issue. But they said that they checked the oil and it had been changed, they had just forgot to reset the oil life. But that it had been fixed. Then when I noticed that my new tires were still on the front I asked him if the rotation had been done and he pulled a tool out of his pocket that measured the tread depth and checked the front and back tire and told me it had been done. As if that has anything to do with a rotation. But I'm sure I appeared to be a stupid girl, so he though that would work. I was too mad to speak. He walked away and I got in my car that still wasn't cleaned. As I drove away, I checked the oil life, it still said 70%. I have never been treated with such disregard before. I'll never use this dealership again. They just can't be trusted. More
