First new car buying experience, disappointing. Rob was very patient with me and helped me when I decided I wanted a Veloster Rally Edition. Unfortunately, the release date was never revealed and information was sparse. I settled for a blue Veloster Turbo. The price on the website was not the price I was charged, even after I questioned this and showed him their own website listing for this vehicle. When I took delivery of the vehicle, the exterior and most of the interior where clean, but I later found the engine bay covered in dirt along with dirt streaks in the rear hatch and rear seat. I texted Rob along with photos of the dirt, and was told that he had "spent a lot of time with the deatailer going over the vehicle." No other efforts have been made to make this right. More

The Finance Manager explained everything as thorough as possible (as if we were family members and not customers) making sure we clearly understood our vehicle protection options and services. After taking home our new vehicle, my emailed questions sent to our salesperson were promptly answered. We weren't dropped after the sale had been made, reinforcing my confidence in the purchase and dealership that I had chosen.
