Great person to deal with. I had spoken with a different D & M employee a couple of months before and decided it was not the time to buy. Fast forward and I was ready to buy. He was spot on with everything and has helped with a few few issues with the car like missing manual and a 2nd key. Easiest car buying experience I have ever had bar none. Brandon Knows His Job I initially heard about D&M Leasing on 1310AM / 96.7 FM, The Ticket, a local Dallas Sports Talk Station. After my family talked about it for a bit, w I initially heard about D&M Leasing on 1310AM / 96.7 FM, The Ticket, a local Dallas Sports Talk Station. After my family talked about it for a bit, we decided that we wanted to lease a vehicle because we thought we might need a vehicle upgrade sooner than the average 5 years as we have a growing family. We also knew that we wanted a safe and reliable vehicle since the newest vehicle we had was a 2007 Mazda CX-7 purchased from CarMax with 90 thousand something miles on it. We set out to call D&M Leasing. Once I called and told the person on the phone what I was looking for, I was transferred to Brandon Mulenburg. He was a very cordial and friendly guy willing to hear out my situation. I learned a great deal about leasing from Brandon, but also learned that D&M will finance a loan as well. We really did not have a specific vehicle picked out at the time, but after hearing what we were looking for, Brandon suggested a Jeep Cherokee Latitude. I was skeptical of Jeep because I knew two people that had Jeep Liberties and the problems associated with this. My wife and I sought out YouTube and did our due diligence for hours up on hours to decide if this car was right for us and within our price range. We even looked at dealerships, test drove vehicles there... ...well, we did all this and it was totally unnecessary as Brandon hit the head on the nail with this one. He knew exactly what we needed and even sought out a very unique color with a unique trim that we requested. We added features such as a DVD player and even tinted the front windows as well. Backing up a bit, Brandon walked us through the process very thoroughly and put our minds at ease when it came to making this commitment. It was our first time to lease and Brandon made everything go smoothly. His was very friendly in person as well...he showed us all of the features of the vehicle and allowed us to test drive it before signing anything. I highly recommend D&M leasing, but even more so, I appreciate the customer service, helpfulness, and kindness that Brandon showed throughout the entire process. I would definitely do business with this company again and ask specifically for Brandon when I am ready to make another decision regarding a vehicle. More
