Simple, honest process We worked with Marc Wright and he was Mr. Right for us. Although we were fairly certain of the vehicle and options we wanted when we arrived, Marc cl We worked with Marc Wright and he was Mr. Right for us. Although we were fairly certain of the vehicle and options we wanted when we arrived, Marc clearly explained what was included in the various packages of the Avalon. The sales experience and the delivery of the vehicle went smoothly. I believe Marc is sincere in his comments about calling him any time we may have a concern. We also worked with Don Norath in the Finance Department who also handled the paperwork efficiently. He also knows his stuff. I would not hesitate to recommend Seeger Toyota to family or friends. I normally do not post reviews whether positive or negative because it is my experience that good customer service prevails for me. Not my experience here with seeger. My transaction # is T18602A. Bill Beattie was the salesman. I just went in for my first oil change and was told by the service department that I am in bad need of new tires. My poor score was a 2 and a 3. I asked why I needed new tires already and how did the tires pass there preowned certification? They initially told me that 5/32 of tire tread passes there certification. I first was told to speak with Mike Kabboz preowned sales manager, he then passed the buck to Mark Trent, service manager. Mark Trent then told me that I should have "kicked the tires" and check over the tire tread when I bought the vehicle. I, however was trusting of the tire tread when I bought the vehicle. Certification there is not what its cracked up to be. Therefore, I just want to caution those in the market for nice preowned vehicles against visiting this dealership. Anyone naïve enough to purchase from them better have good shoes for tire kicking. Thank you for this forum to share my experience with other consumers. My recommendation, be extremely cautious of this dealership. More

Amazing cutomer service on used cars We purchased an used car from Sal. When the car engine light went on the day after our purchase we called Sal (on a weekend). He quickly called us back and arranged for us to bring the car back on Saturday. Since the part needed to be ordered, they sent us home with a loaner. The part was ordered FedEx Rick's (service adviser) home to ensure quick delivery (my daughter was leaving for college the next day). The part was installed quickly. Best of all,here was no charge for any part of the service (part, labor, or loaner car)! Everyone in the service center was friendly and supportive. They all went above and beyond to work with us, even though it was a car off their used car lot. We highly recommend Seeger Toyota!! More

Likewise, the finance manager, Greg Brown, spent all the time we needed to discuss various warranty options until we were comfortable with our final purchase decision.
