His assistant Jeremy Slagle also was attentive to us and helped in many ways to answer our questions. The day we actually purchased our Volvo XC60 we did work with David Hanna and Tony Sanzari ! We were absolutely thrilled by Davids customer care. He was so nice and friendly and answered all our questions and took his time to get things done to our satisfaction. Tony Sanzari did certainly finish the whole process with all his expertise on financial and warranty related questions!
