Easy, Upfront Pricing I first reached out to Family Toyota through their website when I was requesting some information on a 2015 4Runner. Emanuel "Manny" Jimenez was very I first reached out to Family Toyota through their website when I was requesting some information on a 2015 4Runner. Emanuel "Manny" Jimenez was very quick to respond to my email. Once I told him exactly what I wanted, he quickly gave me the lowest, upfront pricing I received anywhere in the DFW metroplex. Unfortunately the exact car I wanted wasn't available in a 2015 model, so he gave me the same deal on a 2016 4Runner with everything I wanted that was on its way to the dealership. I continued to shop around for about a week, and Manny was very understanding. He simply told me he'd like to help me get into a new car, but then left me alone to make my own decision. None of those pesky phone calls 3x a day like other dealerships in the area. I appreciated not being pressured into anything. My 4Runner was delivered in 3 days! My only complaint about the whole transaction was about the delivery of the vehicle. I arrived to the dealership with my financing in place. Manny had my vehicle ready for me to view, but unfortunately hadn't the inspection or a brake light modification hadn't been completed. The manager, Chris, was super apologetic and brought it back to the service department to fix while I waited to finalize my title work. I believe the finance department forgot that I was there, because I waited over an hour in the lobby (which wasn't bad as they have a movie theater room and popcorn.) As soon as my vehicle was done, they rushed me through to a representative in the finance department so that I could be on my way. Danny, another rep, sat with me and helped me hook up my phone to the navigation system. He gave me quite a few tips and tricks and I really feel he knows his vehicles. As a first-time car buyer, I appreciate the quality of service from all the staff at the dealership. It was nothing like the painful experience I was expecting. I love my new vehicle and know that I got the best deal in the DFW metroplex. Thanks Family Toyota! More

Our best car shopping experience ever! When you think of buying a car most the time you start thinking of how the dealership is going to try to clean out your wallet as best as they can. Yo When you think of buying a car most the time you start thinking of how the dealership is going to try to clean out your wallet as best as they can. You then start thinking about how you're going to have to talk them down in price and in interest rates. We had the exact opposite experience with Family Toyota of Burleson. Our family lives in Midland, Texas and had one of our cars give out on us a little over a week ago. I started researching the few cars I had always considered to be good vehicles and usually reasonably priced. I eventually decided upon a four cylinder Toyota Camry because of the quality Toyota offers and the fuel efficiency and features the Camry had in particular. The next step was figuring out who to buy it from. I soon found myself on an app called Autotrader where I found Family Toyota of Burleson selling a brand new Toyota Camry for $2,100 less than my local dealer in Midland and close to $6,000 less than the listed MSRP. That was a better deal than anything else I had seen in not only Texas, but several other states as well. I contacted the dealership and started talking with Josh there. He was really helpful and very straightforward about additional costs like the window tint and weather package that was already installed on their vehicles and the additional cost that would be. He made sure I didn't have any surprises after making an almost five hour trip to purchase the car. He really earned my trust there. It seems that most people leave all the fine print left unsaid until after they have you in their doors and signing papers. Josh did just the opposite and it put my mind at ease about working with him and the dealership overall. Financing through Toyota was the best option for us as they were offering $2,250 between two rebates. I wanted to be sure that we qualified for the rebates and financing before making the trip out there and Mark in the financing department was very helpful in directing me to their online financing application and how to fill out a couple parts I wasn't sure about. He made sure I got the rebates and within twenty minutes or so of me submitting my application he let me know that I was approved for the rebates and the financing. With that we were off for a road trip. Five hours later we got to the dealership where Josh had already had the car detailed with its Texas registration on the windshield so the car was ready to go. That was very thoughtful as we were arriving at the dealership an hour before they closed and were going to attempt to get back on the road home that night. Filling out the paper work was easy and everyone was very helpful and professional. I didn't even bother trying to talk them down in price as I already knew I was getting the best deal in the state! It was painless and easy! A real positive experience! These guys are straight shooters and it was well worth the drive to be able to work with honest and courteous people who gave us a great deal! If you're in the market for a Toyota, definitely check this place out! More
