The part I dread about buying a car is when you are shuttled into the business office to get the pitches to buy a whole bunch of add on stuff for the car and the credit. But not with John. John is down to earth and sincere. I had braced myself for being firm and in control but it was not necessary. John was engaging and friendly, he was efficient with the paperwork and respectful of my time. In all I would say Paul and John are a great team. My team. Go Team! More
