We visited several dealerships and then started to go to CarMax; well CarMax was not for us. We then saw Walter's Alfa Romeo across the way and we decided to take a look. Again, we were just looking at cars and were not planning on buying anything. We were first approached by a nice gentlemen by the name of Adrian. Adrian was very friendly, asked us several questions, and introduced us to his team as well as the sales manager. We took our first test drive in the 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. We then were going to leave but before we left, Adrian wanted for my husband and I to meet Frank Francis. We walked back into the dealership and were introduced. Frank then says, "your face looks familiar". I am thinking, yes, your face looks familiar as well Frank Francis. It turns out, we went to the same high school and graduated the same year. So as we began to reminisce a bit, Frank started to ask questions as well. What our real concern was, the monthly payment since we had not had a car not in years. I must truly say, if you are looking to purchase a vehicle, please ask for Frank Francis. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, has excellent customer service, excellent follow up and follow through, and most importantly; passion! You can't teach passion, and Frank Francis has it. Frank answered all of our questions, took us out for another test drive, and he even showed us another vehicle that was very nice that would have been the price point we were targeting. At the end of the day, we ended up purchasing the vehicle we wanted and we are very happy. His consultative approach was definitely appreciated. The experience we had from the beginning to the end was excellent. We went to other dealerships and even though they were nice; they did not seem to have a genuine interest on what our needs were, we were not introduced to other staff members, and there weren't a connection. At Walter's Alfa Romeo/Fiat, they all seem like family. Everyone was always smiling and trying to welcome us in a manner that we would surely feel comfortable. Having a dad who sold cars for 30+ years, I consider myself a pretty savvy car shopper too. I fully expected to go through the standard "song and dance" as I typically need to in order to purchase a vehicle at a good price. More often than not, I've had to endure lots of trite sales pitches or predatory verbal trappings of some "not so fair or honest" salespeople in the past, just to purchase a vehicle I had my eye on. Not once did my B.S. meter go off with Mr. Francis; quite the contrary! He was very fair, and exceedingly patient with my many consumer requests ( I will admit, I had quite a few consumer "demands")- Frank not only met them, he actually wound up going above and beyond for me- (Maybe its the fact he has 3 young boys; Frank clearly has the patience of a saint!). The finance guy, Darryl Sperry was truly awesome too. In all honesty, I've purchased at least ten specialty cars over the years, but this buying experience was hands down, the best experience yet. I wound up buying a low mileage used Fiat 500e for a good price, which was my ultimate goal.The whole deal was done in less than 3 hours. I highly recommend this stellar gentleman for anyone looking to buy an automobile in the Riverside area. More

I have purchased about 4-5 new vehicles so I know... I will say that your dealership is one of those based entirely on our salesperson, Overath Adrian Espinosa. I explained that I had been through the “process” many times before and wanted to skip the “back and forth” and get down to brass tacks. He took my suggestion and accomplished my request. I appreciated that he “listened” and made it happen. This was the first time I purchased a Fiat 500S. Mr. Espinosa was a non pushy salesmen which I appreciated. Fiat Service Center Derrick Lynn is the manager of the service center. I have a 500e and we have seen each other from time to time to get software updates on my car. Derrick has always been helpful, receives ideas on problems and works towards a solution. Derrick is a very hard worker, he is willing to share information and train other employees as needed. He is very customer orientated. You may wonder how I know all this when all I do is drop off my car for service. I am in the customer service business also and know a good employee when I see one. He is a keeper. I would ask if you could help him with one thing, your software program for logging in customers is very tedious, if you could speed that process up in anyway then he could do better than a 5 star job!
