He showed us the perfect Mitsubishi outlander, that Was exactly what we were looking for. There was never any push or pressure on us to buy. From the beginning, to the financial papers that need to be completed, it was a fun and relaxing experience. All of the people were wonderful. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever encountered. I would not hesitate, to go back, or send my friends to purchase a new vehicle from this dealership. Made the call and was connected to a salesmen by the name of "Little Joe". He was very helpful over the phone and made my wife and I comfortable from the start. I told him where I needed to be to make the deal happen and he got back to me very quickly and told me he could make it happen. We made the hour and a half trek and everything promised over the phone was what happened once we actually arrived. Joe walked us through it all and the financing was done in no time at all. Have been back every 3-4 months for the past 2 years for my free lifetime oil changes as well as other routine maintenance and have received nothing but professional and courteous treatment from everyone on the staff.
