misleading awnser at sale, poor follow up by manager Purchased a used 2014 Sentra in Oct.2015 was given one key at sale, asked salesperson about 2nd key she said "That's how they come now" my wife heard Purchased a used 2014 Sentra in Oct.2015 was given one key at sale, asked salesperson about 2nd key she said "That's how they come now" my wife heard the same thing. 2nd key was not issued because vehicle was not acquired with a 2nd key .Salesperson statement led us to believe it was the norm,our fault for not clarifying before signing and paying for vehicle,Followed up with sale manager in Dec 2015,he said he would contact me with less costly alternative. Feb.2016 and have yet to hear from him.If we had not been misled by that statement which in these days of cost cutting measures not having a 2nd key was not that surprising,we would not have purchased the vehicle unless a 2nd key was provided. But since we wrote the check and the sale is final the feeling I get from the sale manager is" too bad,not my problem" Now we have a service plan with this group and as a result of this experience we'll have the scheduled maintenance done by Bayside,but anything else they tell me the vehicle might need I will now have to have checked by a mechanic I trust.Old school used car sales style,won't lie to you outright, bit not above misleading you and once the check clears your on your own.I will never purchase anything from Bayside Autogroup again. By far the most disappointing car sales customer service experience I have ever had. More

Incompetent Service Shop Problem with 2011 Nissan 370Z not starting. Shop first said battery was dead, then terminals, now battery again. Clutch, Brake, or Steering switch is bad. Why can't you idiots figure that out. Just taking money from poor people! The internet is full of people that are having the same problem with this model of Nissan, and you keep blaming it on something else. More

Amazing!!! Bayside Nissan was there for me when I needed them the most. They have serviced my 2006 Nissan Altima for years. Unfortunately the transmission in tha Bayside Nissan was there for me when I needed them the most. They have serviced my 2006 Nissan Altima for years. Unfortunately the transmission in that car decided to stop working and I was devastated. I had to make a quick decision as to whether I was going to replace the transmission or purchase a new car. I decided to purchase a new Nissan Altima. I called Kalyn Shean (salesperson) and she found the exact car that I was looking for and more. I was looking for a basic Altima; but, ended up with a loaded Altima for a great price. I could not ask for much more. The Bayside Nissan staff from the Sales Department to the Service Department have been nothing but accommodating to me. I appreciate your service and look forward to doing business with you in the future. Thank you! More
Amazing experience!!!! When I test drove the rogue I absolutely loved the car but I wanted to wait to see what my other options were. Damon, my salesman, was so patient and continued to follow up with me weeks after I test drove the car. He and others at Bayside provided the most phenomenal service. The care and time they took to show me different features put me at ease. It has been a few days since I purchased the vehicle and I have gotten follow up calls and even help with how to program things in the vehicle. Never thought I would enjoy the car buying experience so much!! More

So I left Bayside, the next day after thinking it over, I was right back and left with my brand new Altima! It was easy going looking at cars, deciding, and then purchasing a vehicle I love! I've been to a few dealerships and their sales team is amazing, they gave me no sales pressure, and I would recommend them to anybody I know! More
