Kathy Burke, the sales manager walked us through the buying experience and made our experience certainly less stressful! Also, Carlos Gonzalez in finance was exceptional. Best experience ever buying a car! I did my research on line first and received great information with the online sales person. He was very helpful. A+++ Dealership I have purchased two FIATs from Parks Alfa Romeo Fiat of Wesley Chapel. In 2013, I bought a 2013 FIAT 500 Pop. My credit at the time was atrocious! Th I have purchased two FIATs from Parks Alfa Romeo Fiat of Wesley Chapel. In 2013, I bought a 2013 FIAT 500 Pop. My credit at the time was atrocious! The sales staff (Kathy and Chris) really earned their pay searching for a way to get the car financed for me. After the sale, the service department kept my baby in tip-top shape! This July, I came back to peek at the new 2017 FIAT 124 Spider and absolutely fell in love. What a delight to find I could work with Kathy again. Chris had moved to a different dealership, but Jorge was just as easy to get along with. Kathy very patiently helped me search the database for the car I wanted and did not even bat an eye when I changed my mind twice. I am extremely pleased with both my experiences at this dealership. I would definitely recommend them and I would buy here again. More

In addition, the management of this dealership has sold me on returning here whether for a purchase again in the future or maintenance. He went above and beyond in working with Amit to get the right car for me. This is my second Fiat from Parks, and after many years of experiencing the "sweat-box" mentality of car buying, I can confidently say that this is the first store where I actually enjoy the purchase process. From the moment we walked to the door, we were greeted by Amit with professionalism, courteousness, and an outgoing personality. Amit was very knowledgeable of all of the features on the Fiat models, and explained everything to us without being overwhelming and pushy as some dealers can be. Amit is an excellent employee, and so are the other staff members of this facility. The finance department, Carlos, helped us obtain a loan that was affordable and came with an extended warranty. The price was better than I saw online with other dealerships so I was ready to buy. I had one problem I had to get out of my other car first. With only two cars on the lot I never dreamed they would take my trade at a fair price but they did and by the weekend I had one of the most beautiful cars in the country.
